All donations to BraggTower Ranch are final and non-refundable.

Programs & Events

• Cancellations by BraggTower Ranch → full refund or credit.

• Cancellations by participants:

  • 72+ hours before event → full credit.

  • Less than 72 hours → no refund, but credit may be considered case-by-case.

Merchandise

• Returns accepted within 14 days if item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
